One Bowl Nutty Cocoa Brownies

Today I brought some droolworthy fudgy brownie recipe for you. Brownies can’t get any more fudgier or easier to make than this.

I have to admit I was really scared to try out any brownie recipe few months back, I thought it'll something lengthy or hard thing to make. But after trying Nutella Choco Brownie and this recipe(what I'm sharing today), I am out of my fear.
Today's recipe is so simple and so easy-to-make that a 10 year old can also do it. As the name suggests you can make the batter in one out only and you do not need much ingredients either. From preparation to bake, it will take only 40-45 minutes.
So, what are you waiting for? Prepare this and see the smiling face of your loved ones once you serve them this.

On another note, for all kinds of e-invitation cards for birthdays and other special occasions, office parties etc. and flyers, go to this page. Paperless post. It's just awesome.

Let's check out the recipe.............

You Need :
Butter/margarine : 1/2 cup, melted
Sweetened cocoa : 1/2 cup
Sugar : 3/4-1 cup
Vanilla : 1 tsp.
Eggs : 2
Flour : 1/2 cup
Salt : 1/4 tsp.
Walnuts/almonds ; 1/2 cup, chopped + chocolate sprinklers to decorate(optional) \

How To :
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a square baking pan or line with baking paper and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine melted butter and cocoa and sugar, stir until fully dissolved.
  • Add eggs one at a time. Then add vanilla and stir until well combined.
  • Stir in flour and salt until the flour is fully combined. Do not over mix the batter.
  • (optional) Add in some nuts, raisins, chocolate chips or anything you desire in this time. I added some walnuts in the batter and the batter is ready.
  • Spread the batter in the prepared baking pan and sprinkle some nuts if your want, then bake for about 22-25 minutes or until the center is slightly set. Note : do not over bake, for brownies, it takes less time to bake.
  • Cool completely, then cut into medium/large squares.

You all are going to try this, right? Try this without any second thought. This recipe is fullproof, I guarantee you, your loved ones would love it.
If you have tried this recipe, share a pic with me here at riappyayan@gmail.com, and I'll be glad to share your pic at my social media handles.
